Why we moved from "Restoration" to "Renewal" (The 3 Steps Story)

Hey everyone, I wanted to take a second to share why 3 Steps Cleaning and Renewal exists and what we’re actually trying to do here in Palm Beach County.
​Most of you know us for our carpet and tile specials, but our roots go back to the "Restoration" side of the industry—the high-stress, emergency world of flood damage and burst pipes.

​The "Lightbulb" Moment 💡

A few years back, I was standing in a living room in Lake Worth. We had just finished a massive water extraction job. 

The home was "restored"—it was dry and structurally sound—but the homeowner looked at their carpets and tile and said, "It’s dry, but it doesn't feel like home yet."
​That stuck with me. In the restoration industry, companies are often 

"emergency first, people second." They fix the disaster, but they don't always stick around to bring the life back into the home.

I realized that Palm Beach County didn't just need another "cleaner" or another "disaster guy." Neighbors needed a reliable way to renew their space without the corporate runaround or hidden "franchise fees."

​I founded 3 Steps with a simple philosophy:
