At 3 Steps Cleaning and Renewal LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cleaning services, all services are considered final once completed. We do not offer refunds for completed services.
If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, offer a re-service of the affected area at no additional charge. Refunds will not be issued for pre-existing damage, permanent stains, wear, or conditions beyond our control.
Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a fee.
