​Ed’s journey began with 15 years at SERVPRO, where he mastered the complex science of restoration and emergency water recovery. He then spent 6 years at National Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning on Circle Drive, becoming a trusted face for families in Greenacres and Lake Worth.
​In 2019, Ed combined that massive corporate training with his passion for personalized, local service to launch 3 Steps. Today, we use that 21-year legacy to provide our signature high-heat steam process and specialized color restoration.
